CONSULTING: Marketing Solutions for LSA's Inclusive Teaching Website

Throughout the semester long consulting studio, our Consulting Team—consisting of University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business's Master of Management students—assessed, researched, and provided critical and analytical marketing solutions to increase traction to the Inclusive Teaching Website, originally developed to ensure DEI measures within University of Michigan classrooms.

Senior Editor, Writer

As the Senior Editor of Marketing-Ish, I liased with the editor-in-chief, managing editor, and writers to publish material biweekly on the student-run e-zine themarketingish.com, which explores the stories that break the mold of what marketing is at its roots. 

I revised and provided constructive feedback on marketing-related articles on topics like fashion and healthcare. 

Additionally, I researched and wrote about Chobani’s successful business strategy in the American yogurt industry.

ALLSTAR BRANDS

Brand Manager

Throughout the project, our Brand Management Team—consisting of University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business's Master of Management students—was responsible for the pricing, marketing, and distribution activities for Allround and its extension brands. All decisions made by the management team are consumer centric and value the importance of ethically produced medication. This report explores the management of three OTC medications developed by Allstar brands: Allround, Allround Plus, and Allright. Allstar's go-to-market strategy is largely based on sales force, advertising, promotion, pricing, distribution channels, reformulation, launch of new products, and other special decisions.
